Evidence records
I use the Compare tool every single week for the client report. I pick the same camera position, the same approximate time of day, and I compare this week to the same week last month. It takes two minutes and it's the most powerful page in the whole report — clients can see exactly what's been built.
Visual progress documentation is a contractual requirement on most construction contracts — owners and clients require regular demonstration that the programme is being maintained and that work-in-progress corresponds to payment applications. The Compare tool transforms this from a manual photography and editing task into a one-minute platform operation.
Before/after visual evidence is a standard component of construction dispute packages — used in adjudication, arbitration, and expert witness reports to demonstrate the state of the works at a specific point in time. the evidence system's timestamped archive provides an independently verifiable record that is difficult to challenge.

automated content
Evercam eliminates manual effort for recurring content production (progress photos, time-lapse, marketing videos). The baseline cost is the manual time per deliverable × frequency.
saving = manual_hours_per_deliverable × deliverables_per_month × project_duration_months × hourly_rate × evercam_reduction_pct
